Return and Exchange Policy – Qishr Um Radesh. Thank you for choosing Qishr Um Radesh. We are pleased to serve you and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer you the possibility of exchange or return according to the following conditions: Conditions for return or exchange: 1. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. 2. The product must be: • Unused (except for simple testing). • Kept in its original packaging. • In the same original condition at the time of receipt. 3. Opened or fully used products cannot be returned. 4. Products not covered by the return policy are clarified on the product page, and this excludes cases where a wrong or damaged product is sent. Return process: • If you wish to return the order, please inform the shipping company not to receive the package upon delivery so it can be returned automatically. • The amount will be refunded after the product reaches the warehouse, deducting the shipping fee of 28 riyals. • The refund will be made to the same payment method within 3–7 working days after we receive the product.
